MATTHIAS NICOLAÏ

EXPERIENCE
After completing his master’s degree in law at the Catholic University of Leuven in 2015, Matthias decided to specialise in the sports industry by obtaining an LL.M. degree in International Sports Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia in Madrid. To complement his studies and gain further foreign experience, he joined Brazilian law firm Bichara e Motta for an internship, before joining Belgian law firm Van Goethem.
In 2017 Matthias joined ELSA LEX and is principally active in the international sports industry. He has special expertise in assisting athletes, clubs and agents regarding both contractual matters and in dispute resolution.
